David HansenFormer President of the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions. Mr. Hansen was selected in December 2004 to lead the Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions as its President. Prior to joining the Buckeye Institute, Mr. Hansen was Managing Director of Public Policy Service for the Ohio Manufacturers' Association where he worked to win changes in government policies that would improve the competitiveness of the state's largest economic sector. Other highlights in his work for economic freedom and civil society include running his own business practice consulting U.S. and other governments in democracy development in Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East, and service as Chief of Staff of the Michigan State Senate. |

Jon EntineAuthor of No Crime But Prejudice: Fischer Homes, the Immigration Fiasco and Extra-judicial Prosecution and Founder of ESG MediaMetrics, which advises business and NGOs on Environmental, Social, and Governance issues, including sustainability and executive leadership. Mr. Entine has been a visiting fellow at the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research since 2002, focusing on corporate social responsibility and science and society. He has written and edited five books on corporate responsibility and science and society and is a columnist for the British based international magazine Ethical Corporation. A former network TV producer at ABC News and producer and head of documentaries at NBC News, he has won more than 20 journalism honors including two Emmys and a National Press Club award. Mr. Entine has served as a lecturer at various universities, including Columbia, Michigan, Arizona State, NYU, and most recently Miami (OH), where he was scholar-in-residence. Mr. Entine graduated from Trinity College (CT) with a degree in philosophy and earned a National Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship in Journalism at Michigan.

Henry K. FischerChairman and Chief Executive Officer, Fischer Homes, launched from his basement in 1981 what has grown to become one of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky's largest homebuilders and among the top 100 builders nationwide. Mr. Fischer holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Ohio University, and a MBA from University of Cincinnati. He is a veteran of the United States Army. The breadth of his expertise led to the founding of affiliated businesses beyond homebuilding, including residential land development, architecture and design, as well as banking, mortgage lending, and title services. He serves on the board of Victory Community Bank and as past president of the Homebuilders Association of Northern Kentucky, co-chair of Quest Housing Development Task Force, and on the board of directors of Sanitation District No.1 in Northern Kentucky. The Fischer family philanthropically supports to many organizations important to the Greater Cincinnati community. Henry and his wife Elaine, who has been central in building Fischer Homes into what it is today, have two children and three grandchildren. |

David A. FutscherParry Deering Futscher & Sparks, PSC is a graduate from Xavier University with a BSBA Cum Laude in 1984 and the University of Kentucky with a JD in 1987. Mr. Futscher is a member of the Kentucky and Ohio Bar Associations and the Kentucky Justice Association. Mr. Futscher concentrates his practice in civil trial practice in the areas of construction litigation, class actions, derivative actions, and consumer protection. He has successfully argued cases before the Kentucky Supreme Court and the Kentucky and Ohio Courts of Appeals. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. Mr. Futscher has also been granted pro hac vice admission to courts throughout the country. Mr. Futscher has been representing and advising Fischer Homes for over 20 years. |

Douglas BermanProfessor of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Professor Berman attended Princeton University and Harvard Law School. In law school, he was an Editor and Developments Office Chair of the Harvard Law Review and also served as a teaching assistant for a Harvard University philosophy course. After graduation from law school in 1993, Professor Berman served as a law clerk for Judge Jon O. Newman and then for Judge Guido Calabresi, both on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. After clerking, Professor Berman was a litigation associate at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, and Garrison in New York City. Professor Berman's principal teaching and research focus is in the area of criminal law and criminal sentencing, though he also has teaching and practice experience in the fields of legislation and intellectual property. He has taught Criminal Law, Criminal Punishment and Sentencing, Criminal Procedure - Investigation, The Death Penalty, Legislation, Introduction to Intellectual Property and the Legislation Clinic. Professor Berman is the co-author of a casebook, Sentencing Law and Policy: Cases, Statutes and Guidelines, which is published by Aspen Publishers and is now in its second edition. |

Michael CritesPartner of Dinsmore & Shohl, Mr. Crites focuses his practice on federal court experience in complex civil litigation and white collar criminal matters, including healthcare fraud and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act compliance issues. He has extensive experience in complex civil and criminal litigation, product liability defense of manufacturers and suppliers, fiduciary litigation, and business litigation involving contract disputes, copyright, trademark, trade secret and covenant-not-to-compete matters. As the former United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio, Mr. Crites regularly represents clients in the federal courts of Ohio on various criminal and civil litigation matters. Mr. Crites also represents municipalities, school districts and other political subdivisions on litigation, governance, charter, zoning, annexation and development issues. |

Ralph W. KohnenPartner of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Kohnen leads the Department of Litigation for Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where he is chair of the firm's White Collar Criminal Defense Practice, he received his undergraduate degree from Ohio Wesleyan University and law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Mr. Kohnen has spent most of his career in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Ohio. After four years with his father's firm, Kohnen, Patton & Hunt, he worked as a federal prosecutor and spent the next eleven years as a front-line trial attorney in criminal cases. In 2001, he became Deputy Criminal Chief in charge of the criminal side of the United States Attorney's Cincinnati office. Mr. Kohnen is a member of the Ohio Federal Judicial Selection Commission, he serves on the faculty of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and he is a member of the American Bar Association's and the Federal Bar Association's Criminal Law Sections. He is also an officer of the Cincinnati Bar Association's Admissions Committee. Mr. Kohnen has received many professional awards and commendations from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Treasury Department and other public and private entities, and he is a frequent speaker on White Collar Criminal Law. |
